Showing a space means showing the things in that space. Cameras, lights, props, c-stands, the chair, the talent.

Creating custom-designed, photo-accurate models of objects to be used to populate a space to give an accurate depiction of the scene, when rendered, can add authenticity to value to the presentation, and give photographers and directors a good visual cue to aid their framing and blocking decisions.

Event logistics is aided by having a clear view of exactly where all equipment is to be positioned and operated, and pre-visualization of events can prevent problems before anyone has even reached the venue.
